Black Widow & False Widow Spiders

False Widow spiders are native to Britain and our most venomous spider, they can inflict a painful bite. Black Widow Spiders are not native to our country but in rare cases, they can be accidentally brought into the country via food imported from other parts of the world.  Both species have been identified in the UK by Acclaim Environmental.
