Leicester Fareshare Spring Fair.

There are also people who have fallen on hard times and, for whatever reason, don’t have the means to feed themselves. That’s why we’re sponsoring the Leicester Fareshare Spring Fair. Pest Control is about helping people. We started Acclaim Environmental because we knew that there were lots of people and businesses out there who needed help and protection from the effects of pests and vermin. Fareshare is a national charity that fights hunger by taking good food that would normally be thrown away and giving it to the needy. It supports various food banks, breakfast clubs for children who wouldn’t get anything to eat, out reach programmes for those in need. Fareshare’s vision is to bring good food to those in want whilst ensuring that the food is not wasted in a landfill site. Thousands of tonnes from the food industry was turned into 17.7 million meals for hungry people in the last year. On 21st May, Acclaim Environmental are very proud to be sponsoring the Fareshare Spring Fair. If you’re in Leicester, Enderby, Narborough, Broughton Astley, Blaby, Oadby, Wigston or any of the surrounding villages please come along and support the Fareshare Spring Fair. You’ll be making a difference to many lives. For example, there are approximately 9000 armed forces veterans who are currently homeless after serving their country.
